A workshop conducted for aLIVE students from Masjid Al-Islah, accomodating primary students ranging between 10 – 11 years old.

It was challenging as we need to think of suitable games and ways to make the children understand the fundamental of Arabic calligraphy, while having fun doing it.

Alhamdulillah, the results were beyond our expectations, as the children were able to write correctly, following the criteria required.

The students were given colourful materials, from ice-cream sticks to ropes, and simple worksheets with guidelines so as to help them to have better understanding of the correct movement for the letters.
